Video Call-Precall Screen-Waiting Room

Chat

  1. You are on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. Click Chat.
  3. Select Public to send messages visible to all participants.
  4. Select Private to send messages to one person (1vs1).
  5. You can also share Reactions through this feature.

File Sharing

  1. You are on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. You can share files through the chat feature.
  3. Click Chat.
  4. All types of files in the Document and Image categories can be shared.
  5. You can send Reactions to the files sent.
  6. Document files can be saved (Download), copy the document link (Copy File Link), or delete (Delete).
  7. Image files can be saved or deleted.
  8. For Attendees, deleting a shared file will only remove it from your view (other participants can still see it).
  9. Hosts can delete their own messages so they can no longer be seen by other participants.

Screen Sharing

  1. You are on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. Click Share.
  3. There are 3 types of screens you can share:
    • Browser Tab. The name will appear according to the browser you are using. For example, if you are using Chrome, it will appear as Chrome Tab. This option allows you to share only a specific tab from your browser.
    • Window. This option allows you to share one open application window on your device.
    • Entire Screen. This option will share everything visible on your device’s screen.
  4. Click Share to share your screen.
  5. When you select the type of screen, you can also choose whether to share the tab’s audio by checking or unchecking the Share tab audio option (at Browser Tab) or Share system audio (at Entire Screen).

Interactive Whiteboard

  1. You are already on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. Click More.
  3. Select Show Whiteboard.
  4. The whiteboard screen will appear as the main screen.
  5. Use various whiteboard features such as:
    • Select
    • Text
    • Width
    • Rectangle
    • Color
    • Move
    • Laser
    • Eraser
    • Clear All
    • Undo
    • Redo
    • Fit To Screen
    • Zoom Out
    • Zoom In
  6. To enlarge the view, click the icon (←→) in the top left corner and click the icon (→←) to return.
  7. To switch the main screen while keeping the whiteboard active, click the icon (⋮) in the bar → Pin to top. To revert, click View Whiteboard.
  8. To close the whiteboard for all participants, click More → Hide Whiteboard.
  9. In Pin to top or Hide Whiteboard mode, writings on the whiteboard will not be erased unless removed with the Eraser.

Virtual Background

  1. You are already on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. Click More.
  3. Select Virtual Background.
  4. The Virtual Background bar will open on the right side.
  5. Choose:
    • Not using a background, select None → Apply.
    • Using the original background with a blur effect, select Blur → Apply.
    • Using your own image, select Custom → your image → Apply.
    • Using a default image, select an available image → Apply.
  6. You can also set the Virtual Background on the Precall Screen page.

Invite

  1. You are on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. There are 2 links you can share: Host Link and Attendee Link.
  4. Share the link according to your needs.
  5. See User Access for this feature.

Layout

  1. You are on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. Click Layout.
  3. There are 2 virtual room screen layouts: Grid or Sidebar (default).
  4. Choose the layout according to your preference.

People

  1. You are on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. Click People.
  3. As a Host, use this feature to:
    • Mute Audio from other participants.
    • Request Audio from other participants.
    • Mute Video from other participants.
    • Request Video from other participants.
    • Remove other participants from the virtual room.
    • Send a private message (Message Privately).
  4. As a Host and Attendee, you can adjust the View in large and Pin to top display according to your needs. These displays can be combined with the Layout feature (Grid-Sidebar) to make your screen view more personal.

Settings

  1. You are on the main screen of Super Space.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select the Your Name field to change your display name.
  4. You can also adjust the Camera, Microphone, and Speaker settings.

Leave Room

  1. When you are about to leave the virtual room (if the STT or CC features are enabled by the Host), access to download the virtual room conversation transcript will appear.
  2. Click Download to save the virtual room conversation transcript.
  3. Click Cancel to return to the virtual room.
  4. Click Leave to exit the virtual room.
